MyClawBots vs Scout7: a loop you run vs agents that run

You have a few hours a week for marketing and an AI agent sitting in your terminal. Scout7 and MyClawBots both promise to turn that into growth, but they ask completely different things of you. One gives your agent a weekly marketing loop. The other deploys agents that work every day on their own. For a founder with no time, that difference is the whole decision.
What Scout7 actually is
Scout7 is a marketing MCP that plugs into the agent you already use: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or ChatGPT. Once a week you run a command, it reads your website, plans the week, builds articles, carousels and videos, schedules them across six platforms, and reports what moved. Nothing publishes without your approval, every time. Pricing is $9 a month to start and $69 for the full loop, with plans differing only in credits.
It is well built for what it is. But notice the shape of it: a loop you run. You show up, you approve, it works for a week, you come back.
The core difference
Scout7 makes your agent better at marketing. MyClawBots gives you agents, plural, that do not need you at all. You connect your accounts once, approve the schedule once, and from day one the bots post, reply to comments in your voice, and follow up with leads on their own timetables. A comment patrol does not wait for your weekly loop. It runs every few hours, including the Tuesday you forgot marketing exists.

Why MyClawBots is the better choice
Three reasons. First, day one. There is no MCP to configure, no site onboarding, no weekly ritual to maintain. Connect accounts, set the schedule, and the work starts the same day. The best automation is the one running before your coffee cools.
Second, any kind of agent. Marketing is one job. The same platform deploys the bot that answers support emails, the one that chases invoices, the one that qualifies leads. Scout7 will never do those because it is a marketing loop, not an agent platform.
Third, autonomy. A weekly loop with per-post approvals is a part-time job with better branding. Scheduled agents with standing approval are the closest thing to hiring someone. Founders do not need another ritual. They need things handled.
The fair note
Scout7 wins if you live inside Claude Code and want marketing where you already work. Its site-wide brand scan is genuinely good, its content formats go further than ours, and $9 is cheap. If you are a builder who enjoys driving the loop, you will like it.
The honest limits
MyClawBots will not invent your voice: give it examples or it sounds generic. LinkedIn and YouTube are posting-only, because their APIs keep comments to themselves. And when a publish comes back ambiguous, we hold the post instead of retrying, because duplicates are public and embarrassing.
What to do next
If marketing is a weekly appointment you keep missing, stop booking it. Deploy agents that keep it for you. The 3-day trial needs no credit card, and your first bot can be working today.
