MyClawBots Terms of Service

By accessing or using MyClawBots (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

MyClawBots provides cloud-hosted AI agent spaces for your projects. Each agent space is an isolated environment running AI-powered suites (Product, Dev, Ops) that you can interact with through a web dashboard.

The Service includes project provisioning, runtime management, integration configuration, and chat functionality with your AI agents.

The Service also includes the MyClawBots social connector for ChatGPT, Codex, and other compatible MCP clients. Depending on your connected accounts and permissions, it can publish supported content, retrieve posts and analytics, manage comments and replies, delete supported content, and research public Facebook Pages and Threads content. Features, media formats, and limits vary by social platform.

MyClawBots operates this Service. OpenAI and the connected social platforms provide their own services under their own terms; availability of a MyClawBots integration does not imply their endorsement of MyClawBots.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the Service to generate, store, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.

You may not use the Service to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

Use connected services only with authorization and in compliance with their terms and applicable usage policies. Do not use the connector for spam, impersonation, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, or to bypass platform restrictions or rate limits. Do not put passwords, API keys, payment-card data, government identifiers, or protected health information in social tool requests or media uploads. Use the designated sign-in and authorization flow for authentication.

You are responsible for any API keys, tokens, or credentials you provide to the Service for third-party integrations. You must ensure you have the right to use these credentials and that their use complies with the respective provider's terms.

We encrypt and securely store your integration credentials. However, you remain responsible for rotating or revoking keys if they are compromised.

MyClawBots supports Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn profiles and LinkedIn company Pages, YouTube, TikTok, X, and Pinterest connections. You must have authority to manage the accounts you connect — for a LinkedIn company Page, an Administrator or Content admin role on that Page and rights to the text, images, videos, and other content you submit. Your use must comply with each platform's terms, content rules, and API restrictions.

When you authorize an OAuth client, you choose its permissions for reading, publishing, moderation, and deletion and may restrict it to selected social accounts. Authorizing all accounts also covers accounts connected later. Requests must fall within the granted permissions and account restrictions. A separate API key does not use these OAuth consent controls; protect and revoke it separately.

Publishing and replying can make content visible under your account immediately. Moderation changes what others can see, and deletion may be permanent with no recovery through MyClawBots. Review the destination, content, audience, and requested action before authorizing it. Write and destructive tools are labeled for connected clients, but the client's settings control how approval prompts or previews are shown; MyClawBots does not provide a universal preview for every client request.

You remain responsible for reviewing AI-assisted content and instructions for accuracy, rights, and suitability. AI output may contain errors. A failed or timed-out request does not always mean the social platform performed no action; check the account before retrying a publication or deletion.

Revoke a client in Settings → Connected apps to block its next connector request. Disconnect social accounts in the dashboard's social account settings or revoke access at the platform. These actions do not retract published content or erase information already received by a client or platform. Data retention and deletion requests are described in our Privacy Policy at https://myclawbots.ai/privacy.

Uploaded media is temporarily available at a public URL so social platforms can retrieve it. Anyone with the URL can access it until removal. Do not use this feature for confidential storage or as the only copy of your files. The Privacy Policy explains upload processing and cleanup timing.

MyClawBots does not guarantee the availability or continued operation of third-party services. API changes, account eligibility, permissions, platform reviews, and quotas can limit features. In particular, TikTok publishing may be limited to private posts or drafts pending platform approval, X charges the account owner for each post published through its API, and while MyClawBots has Pinterest Trial access, Pins you publish may be visible only to you until Pinterest grants Standard access. The connector must not be used to bypass these limits.

You retain all ownership rights to the data, content, and configurations you create through the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

We do not use your project data, conversations, connector inputs, or connector results to train AI models. The Privacy Policy explains processing, sharing, retention, and your controls; connected clients and platforms handle the data they receive under their own policies.

You grant us a limited license to process, temporarily host, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service and carry out your requested actions, including publishing to a selected social platform. This does not transfer ownership of your content.

Content published to third-party platforms (such as Facebook or Instagram) through the Service is subject to that platform's terms and content policies.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be subject to scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen outages.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

Certain features of the Service are available under paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing period.

The ChatGPT and Codex plugin accesses features available under your existing MyClawBots account and entitlements. It does not sell digital subscriptions or credits, initiate checkout, or promote paid upgrades. There is no additional fee solely for using those features through ChatGPT. Account and platform limits still apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyClawBots and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any consequences arising from content published to third-party platforms through the Service, including but not limited to account suspensions, content removal, or policy violations on those platforms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyClawBots, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

This includes any claims arising from content you publish through the Service to third-party platforms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may request account termination and deletion by contacting contact@myclawbots.ai. You can separately revoke connected clients, API keys, and social connections in the dashboard. Stopping a subscription, revoking access, and deleting data are different actions; the Privacy Policy explains what is retained and how to request deletion.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyClawBots operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
